from sanitary wastewater to make it environmentally and hygienically safe for reuse or discharge to receiving bodies.
We offer Ocean’s Modular Package Sewage Treatment Plant designed and manufactured based on advanced Moving Bed Bio Reactor (MBBR) Technology. MBBR is a modernized and advanced version of biological treatment with custom design.
MBBR TECHNOLOGY Working Principle
- Retains higher concentration of Biological Solids (Bacteria) for Treatment,
- Higher effluent loading rate impacting the overall system footprint
- With implementation of MBBR, system footprint reduces at least 10 times compared to conventional Activated Sludge Process which reduces capital cost of system significantly
- The smaller footprint, less process and rotary equipment and simpler operation makes it a more attractive option for the 20 year after care period
- System capacity can be enhanced within the same system by just adding media without any additional capital cost
