Polymer Dosing
We offer Food Grade & Water Soluble Polymers for a wide range of industry uses in water treatment plants dosing to improve water quality of filter water by eliminating Alum as well as save industries unnecessary cost burden. Our polymers cover a wide range of highly varied families of products of synthetic origin, and have numerous applications in all sectors.
Normal Doses for Surface water clarification for Alum is in the range of 30-80 PPM, while for PAC it may range from 10 -50 PPM. With our treatment program substantial Doses of PAC can be reduced almost , which will result in less sludge generation, along with desired water quality with saving in heavy chequer amount spend on purchase of Alum.

Working Principle
Coagulants and flocculants, are used mainly for facilitating the separation of materials in suspension in aqueous media. Coagulation and flocculation are essential processes in various disciplines. In potable water treatment, clarification of water using coagulating agents has been practiced from ancient times.
In modern water treatment, coagulation and flocculation are still essential components of the overall suite of treatment processes–because in India regulatory limit for treated water turbidity has progressively reduced from 1.0 NTU in 1990’s to 0.3 NTU today. Many water utilities are committed to consistently producing treated water turbidities of less than 0.1 NTU to guard against pathogen contamination.
Organic polymers are frequently used as coagulant Aid, flocculation aids and conditioning agents for sludge dehydration. They may be anionic, cationic, nonionic or mixed. Their performances depend on the function of the product used and the characteristics of the raw water. Cationic polymers may be used alone as the primary coagulant, or in conjunction with aluminum or iron coagulants.
Advantages of Pre-polymerized Organic Coagulants
- Able to function efficiently over wide ranges of pH and raw water temperatures
- Less sensitive to low water temperatures
- Lower dosages are required to achieve water treatment goals
- Cost effective
- Time saving
- Less chemical and metal residuals are produced
- Lower or no chloride or sulfate residuals are produced, resulting in lower final water TDS
- By using our food grade Polymer during summer when the quality of raw water dratically changes in many regions and becomes very tough to convert into potable drinking water by filtration process. Our food grade polymers helps ease the process as well as increase the quality of filtered water.
- Eliminates the use of Alum, which in treated water is known to be undesirable for aesthetic reasons as well as due to its possible adverse neurological effects.
- Reduces quantity of Sludge generation
